Please note that items from NewAir may not qualify for our standard free shipping offer due to their size and shipping requirements. The shipping rates for NewAir products will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen. We strive to provide the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options for these larger items.
Discounted Shipping Rates
Striving to offer the best possible shipping experience by discounting shipping costs as much as possible. However, for some larger products, there may be a small shipping fee.
Specific Order Inquiries
For questions about specific orders, please call us at 1-855-963-9247. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, shipping charges will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or email from one of our representatives with an update prior to order fulfillment.
Oversized Items
Oversized items cannot be shipped by ground and must be shipped via freight.
Shipping Providers & Types
We’ve partnered with FedEx to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. The average processing time for each product is listed on our website. Order processing times may vary due to order volume and inventory status.
We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited 3-Day Shipping: 3 Business Days
- Expedited 2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days
- Expedited Overnight Shipping: Next Business Day
- Freight Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping is available for a product, the shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.
Order Shipment Times
- Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day.

For orders shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. Verify the following before signing the bill of lading:

- Packaging Condition: Check for any damage to the packaging. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may indicate shipping damage.
