30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WineCult. If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. Ensure all returns and exchanges are in their original condition with all components included. A credit will be issued if the following criteria are met:
- Return Period: Return items within 30 days from the date received for a full refund with no restocking fee. Contact us for return instructions.
- Special Orders: Personalized or customized orders can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrectly customized. Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you will receive a credit or an exchange. Damaged items should be noted as such before signing for them. This helps with filing claims with the carrier.
- Shipping Costs: We cover shipping costs within 30 days for defective or incorrect items. Evaluations for damaged shipments are done case by case.
After 30 Days
Returns after 30 days will incur all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items cannot be returned after this period. For warranty information, see the Warranties tab on each product page.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Refunds for shipping and handling fees will only be issued within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
If returned items are missing components or damaged, a fee will be charged. Ensure all original packaging, contents, and accessories are included to avoid fees.
Personal Items/Data
Remove all personal items or data before returning products. We are not responsible for any personal items or data left on returned items.
Special Note for Third-Party Purchases
If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer, you must contact them for returns or exchanges. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items not bought directly from WineCult.
