Coravin, Inc. ("Coravin") warrants to the original end user purchaser or gift recipient that your Coravin device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever is later) from Coravin or an authorized Coravin reseller or partner. This warranty applies exclusively to devices purchased from Coravin or its authorized partners.

Warranty Coverage

• Coverage: Repair or replacement of any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Coravin product was used.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at csr@coravin.com. Provide details including the device purchased, serial number, date and place of purchase, and seller information. You may be issued a return authorization number. If instructed to return the device, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Additional Details

• Limitations: Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states may not allow these limitations.
• Liability: Coravin is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
