30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WineCult. If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. Ensure all returns and exchanges are in their original condition with all components included. A credit will be issued if the following criteria are met:

• Return Period: Return items within 30 days from the date received for a full refund with no restocking fee. Contact us for return instructions.
• Special Orders: Personalized or customized orders can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrectly customized. Notify us within 5 days of receipt.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you will receive a credit or an exchange. Damaged items should be noted as such before signing for them. This helps with filing claims with the carrier.

• Shipping Costs: We cover shipping costs within 30 days for defective or incorrect items. Evaluations for damaged shipments are done case by case.

After 30 Days

Returns after 30 days will incur all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items cannot be returned after this period. For warranty information, see the Warranties tab on each product page.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Refunds for shipping and handling fees will only be issued within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Curbside Shipping

Enjoy free standard curbside truck or porch package shipping for all our refrigerators. We don’t charge residential, lift gate, or appointment fees. Delivery appointments are managed by the carrier, who will contact you to discuss options.

Product Warranty

Thank you for choosing KingsBottle wine and beverage refrigerators. We are pleased to announce that, effective from 2016, the warranty has been upgraded from a 1-year to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Options

• 2-Year Warranty (Included): KingsBottle warrants that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes both parts and labor. (Note: This does not apply to refurbished units.)
• 3-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the same coverage as the 2-year warranty for a total of 3 years.
• 5-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the same coverage as the 2-year warranty for a total of 5 years.

Who is Covered

This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift. It is not transferable.

Limited Warranty

If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace it. We may request you to contact a local refrigeration company for service. All costs for labor and materials are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. If the unit is deemed non-repairable, the value of your original order can be used towards a replacement. Any replacement unit will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase. For customer service, please e-mail us.

What the Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage: Due to accidents, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
• Disposal Units: Any disposal unit.

Special Note

• Warranty is honored only for units used in the country where they were initially purchased.
• If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, we do not offer an extended warranty policy. You must contact the retailer directly. If the retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, consider contacting a third-party warranty provider or purchase the extended warranty service within 30 days from the original purchase.
• All KingsBottle coolers, regardless of the point of purchase, are backed by a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
