Shipping Policy for NewAir Products
Please note that items from NewAir may not qualify for our standard free shipping offer due to their size and shipping requirements. The shipping rates for NewAir products will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen. We strive to provide the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options for these larger items.
Discounted Shipping Rates
Striving to offer the best possible shipping experience by discounting shipping costs as much as possible. However, for some larger products, there may be a small shipping fee.
Specific Order Inquiries
For questions about specific orders, please call us at 1-855-963-9247. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, shipping charges will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or email from one of our representatives with an update prior to order fulfillment.
Oversized Items
Oversized items cannot be shipped by ground and must be shipped via freight.

We’ve partnered with FedEx to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. The average processing time for each product is listed on our website. Order processing times may vary due to order volume and inventory status.

Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping is available for a product, the shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.
Order Shipment Times
- Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day.

Inspecting Your Order Upon Arrival
For orders shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. Verify the following before signing the bill of lading:
- Correct Item: Ensure you have received the correct item.
- Packaging Condition: Check for any damage to the packaging. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may indicate shipping damage.
If your order is correct and in good condition, sign for the package. If you received the wrong item or the packaging is damaged, refuse the package and call our customer service team at 1-855-963-9247 for further instructions.
Refund and Return Policy
At Newair.com we want you to love what you buy! But if you don't or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple "No Hassle Returns" policy. The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging and have been purchased from newair.com. Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.
Guaranteed Refunds
At Newair.com we are happy to offer a refund for newair.com purchases, if the product is unsuitable within 30 days of receipt.
FREE Return Shipping
We are delighted to offer customers who have purchased an item under 80 lbs FREE return shipping.
Restocking Fees
We only charge a restocking fee of 15% for items over 80 lbs. For any items under 80 lbs we don't charge any restocking fess.
THINGS TO BE AWARE OF...
We cannot make any refunds for products purchased from our retail partners. We are happy to work with you on any warranty issues, but if you would like a refund this has to go through the retail partner.
We also make no warranty claims on any products purchased from non-authorized retail partners.
We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return. We would kindly ask that you include your packing note and complete the returns form so we can process your return efficiently.
Following an inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
We promise to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible. You should be aware that it can take several days for a bank to show this credit. If you have not received your refund into your account after 10 working days, please contact our customer service or call 855-963-9247.
Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:
- Include only the items for which the prepaid return slip was provided.
- Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Complete and include the return slip.
- Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the package.
- Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any carrier location.
- If your purchase does not include a return slip it may cause delays during the refund procedure.
- Note: The original shipping charges (if) incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
Newair.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item is missing parts or the original products packaging.
- The item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
- The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as lime scale buildup in a water cooler).
- The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise stated in your product's manual, your unit is protected by a manufacturer's limited warranty for one year from the original date of purchase. During this time, the manufacturer will replace any parts of this appliance that prove to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the appliance has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer.
Warranty Terms

- Coverage: Any components of this appliance found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be replaced at no charge to the original purchaser.
- Costs: The purchaser is responsible for any removal or transportation costs.
We recommend that you keep the packaging your product arrived in so that you have the required packaging available in the event of a return.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
- Power Failure: Including power surges and outages.
- Transit Damage: Damage occurring during moving or shipping of the appliance.
- Improper Power Supply: Issues such as low voltage, defective household wiring, or inadequate fuses.
- Accident or Misuse: Including using non-approved accessories, inadequate air circulation, or abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures).
- Commercial Use: Use in commercial or industrial applications.
- Natural Disasters: Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility, or acts of God (e.g., hurricanes, floods).
- External Damage: Damage caused by force or external influences.
- Dismantled Appliances: Partially or completely dismantled units.
- Blemished/Remanufactured Appliances: These have a 90-day warranty.
Obtaining Service
When making a warranty claim, please have the original bill of purchase with the purchase date available. The purchaser is responsible for any removal or transportation costs. Replacement parts and/or units will be new, re-manufactured, or refurbished at the manufacturer's discretion.
